I once heard this guy who invested in microsoft when he was 20 and even though the stock had highs and lows, he stuck with it and now he made tons of money from it. So.. find that one golden stock and stick with it.The trick is to find that stock, and that’s what I’m hoping to learn from this site…

My Dad always told us to buy low and sell high. Sounds really simple and obvious, but apparently people actually can forget this when they are investing.
Of course, buying low and selling high is not as easy as it sounds!

A friend once told me that it’s impossible to hit a home run if you don’t swing. Same with investing- you need to take a big swing from time to time and try and knock it out of the park. That’s the way to get rich

the best tip I had was from my adviso. He told me to buy quality companies and hold them, and reinvest the dividends.

I heard about this guy who invested along with Warren Buffett. He gave him $25k or something in the early days and is worth something like 300 million dollars. Wish I could find something like that.
