I dare you to fit all of this yummy goodness into one week.

  • Soak in a bubble bath – Read a book, light some candles & drink some tea or wine.
  • Schedule a pedicure or manicure. If money is tight, grab a friend and trade your services!
  • Sleep in on Saturday morning.  Clue in your significant others and make it happen.
  • Buy a Spring bouquet of flowers at the grocery store.
  • Treat yourself to fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate – a delightfully decadent treat.
  • Create a collage or vision board of your next exotic holiday.
  • Create a play list of your favorite music and burn a copy for a friend.

    Here are a few more ideas:
    1. Go for a massage therapy or reflexology treatment.
    2. Take time out to watch a good movie(not on the TV)or go to the theatre.
    3. Go out for a really good meal.
